About The Workshop

Every workplace is comprised of people with different strengths, personalities and emotions, which can greatly affect the way they work. Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and manage your emotions as well as the emotions of others.

This half -day training workshop would be useful for anyone who leads or works with other people, no matter what size the organisation is. This session  will focus on the five core competencies of emotional intelligence: self-management, self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation and empathy, and it also includes a review of one’s interpersonal skills.
