Description
Corrosion & Corrosion Control in Pipelines, Topside Facilities & Subsurface Equipment 16-20 April 2018 | Mumbai India The pursuit of assets corrosion management should be an objective of any organization. The course contents fully explain the corrosion process, forms of corrosion, corrosion control within the framework and the common understanding of Asset Corrosion Management.Successful corrosion management influences the economic outcome of the company by ensuring cost effective selection of materials, chemical treatments, coatings, cathodic protection systems and appropriate designs. The ultimate goal of this course is to equip participant with an integrated theoretical and practical knowledge of corrosion and corrosion control options. Workshop Activities • Participant will learn by active interaction during the program through the use of exercises, syndicate and group discussion on the program topics and real life issues. • Course size will be limited to 12 delegates to allow effective coverage, stimulate group discussion and enable group networking and interaction. • Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to discuss their organization specific problems, seek group views and guided to develop their own corrective action agenda for implementation upon returned to their workstations. • The Instructor will use his patented “Hudson Express Train Game” as a tool to measure the participant understanding of the course materials, exercise real case scenarios and encourage team building spirit in a competitive and joyful environment. • The handout materials not only include 500 plus powerpoint slides but also include a carefully designed text of 180 pages which explained all technical matters discussed during the 5 days course.
